Description
The Witting family's saga, which began in Sarah, Plain and Tall, now continues in this new story of love, forgiveness, and family ties. When Anna moves to town, she leaves Caleb her journal so that he can continue writing in it. He is worried that he will have nothing to write about, until a mysterious old man in the barn turns out to be his grandfather, who abandoned Caleb's father when he was just a baby.
