Description
Ada Ríos grew up in a small, poor town in Paraguay that was built on a landfill. Most inhabitants eked out a living by digging through the trash to find things to recyclable things to sell. One day, her grandmother saw a sign that changed Ada's life. A man named Favio Chavez was offering free music lessons. With little resources and great ingenuity, he made instruments from discarded items. Thus begins the Cinderella story of the Recycled Orchestra, that has played all over the world and helped transform Ada's town of Cateura.
