Ordering & Catalogs

How do I place an order from Lectorum?

Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our team directly via phone, email, or fax. 

How often do you create catalogs and how can I get a copy? 

Our catalogs are curated annually and typically released in February/March.  Fill out this form if you would like to receive a printed version or the digital version is available here

What is your standard pricing? 

Lectorum typically offers at least a 25% discount off retail prices. All prices are set by the publishers and reflect domestic costs and foreign exchange rates. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Do you offer book collections? 

Lectorum has several curated collections that make it easy for classrooms and libraries to buy lots of books to meet their students' needs and interests.  Additionally, our book specialists can help you customize collections to meet your exact needs.  Use this form to provide information to our team and we will be in touch.  

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. For backorders of imported books we will provide you with estimated arrival dates when placing your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. 

What should I do if my order is damaged or incomplete?

Contact our support team within 5 days of receipt, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly. 

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, purchase orders for schools and libraries, and other standard payment methods. To submit an order using a purchase order, please use an official purchase order form or provide the details of the order on your school or library stationery.

What is your return policy?

All our books are guaranteed and are returnable for full credit (not applicable to processed books) if you are not fully satisfied. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
