Description
Set in Italy in 1996, something strange appears in the sky that takes the form of a German soldier from World War II. A girl and her cat find a letter written in 1943 that was addressed to a Jewish woman who lived in the village. The solider searches for the woman he fell in love with and could not rescue because he was killed in the war. In this graphic novel, both the soldier and the Jewish woman tell their stories.
