Set in Oaxaca, an 11-year-old girl named Clara is marked for la Loteria. Life and Death deal the cards and Clara's fate is in their hands. She is totally unaware of what is happening. All she knows is that her cousin has disappeared. She will stop at nothing to save him, even traveling to the magical kingdom of Las Pozas, a place where every move has a price, and every decision has consequences.
