Sixteen-year-old Vivian Carter is bored and sick and tired of her school's football team getting everything it wants, sexist dress codes, bullying, and, especially, following the rules. Her mother's daring, feminist past inspires her to buck the system. What starts as small acts of defiance picks up steam and turns into Moxie, a girls' movement that won't be stopped until things change!
