Description
Stef Soto just wants to be like the other seventh graders in her school. She is desperate not to smell like the onions and cilantro from her family's taco truck. She wants her dad to get a real job and pick her up from school in a regular car (or at least let her walk home alone). Maybe then her ex best friend Julia would stop calling her 'Taco Queen.' When new city ordinances threaten her father's business, it seems like her wish has come true. Stef will have to discover what's most important in life and embrace her identity.
